KHALWALE DITCHES UDF TO FORD KENYA

Kakamega Senator Bonny Khalwale has quitted UDF party and says he will be going for a county gubernatorial seat with a Ford Kenya ticket during the forthcoming general elections.

Speaking in Kakamega town, Khalwale said he has taken this bold step due to lack of democracy and visionary leadership in UDF party.

He urged the residents to back him over his quest to be the county governor promising to deliver where others have failed noting more so in infrastructure development.

Khalwale was accompanied by his Bungoma counterpart Moses Wetangula who is also the Ford Kenya national chairman.
On his part, Wetangula urged the western residents to register as voters in large numbers to be able to vote the best leaders come next year's general elections.
