THE MAAI-MAHIU ACCIDENT

A fatal accident has occurred at Maai Mahiu town, along the Nairobi highway which involved several vehicles.

Among the vehicles involved is a fuel tanker believed to be exporting dangerous petrol to neighbouring country which has bursted into flames shortly after the accident.

The accident occurred at around 8 am when one of the vehicles lost control and rammed into a truck. Other vehicles in full speed were also involved in the accident.
